Access to this
area is gained through the Cessna Activity Center driveway located
at the posted coordinates. Proceed down the driveway and keep to
the right of the parking lot until you are even with the activity
center, then take the small road on your right. Park at N 37°
38.774 W 097° 16.373.
Welcome to
the Land of Lincoln. I have been coming to this area since 1997 and
walk my Jack Russell Terrier here quite often. We enjoy this area
so much I thought I would hide a few geocaches here so you could
come and it too. The Cessna Activity Center is located on this
property and is open to the public via an annual membership fee.
The surrounding ball fields and wilderness trails however do not
require a membership and are open to the public 365 days a year
during normal park hours. The posted signs state that the park
gates are closed and locked at 11:30 PM each evening, although I
have never seen it happen. The wooded area east of the football and
soccer fields is part of the Wichita Wild Habitat project, and is
home to many species of local wildlife. Just east of the wooded
area is the Cessna Aircraft Company, and is private property.
Do not attempt to access
any of the LOL geocaches from, or trespass onto Cessna property, as
this is illegal and will not be tolerated.

respectful of this land, it's natural and recreational area's, and
the surrounding properties. Thank You.
LOL Puzzle
This puzzle
marks the entrance to the Land of Lincoln, but the cache is not
located here. Once you have solved the puzzle, you will be looking
for a camouflaged matchstick container hidden in a precarious tree.
It could be low or high depending on your vantage point. Bug me if
