You can drive, bike, or walk to all the locations. The walk is a pleasant one. You should be able to complete it in about an hour. The cache was designed in the spirit of a classic scavenger hunt, but instead of collecting objects you are collecting the numbers you need to build the final coordinates. It's best to do this with a friend for company, or even as part of a group caching outing. Why not bring your whole family and enjoy the walk or bike ride? If you wish to drive, MOST (but not all) of the waypoints are easily visible without getting out of your car.
There are many young families in this neighbourhood. Please, please exercise caution and drive slowly and stay alert throughout the area.
If you downloaded this cache through a pocket query, all the waypoints should already be in your GPSr; all looking like "Sx233DJ". If you prefer, send an email and we'll get you a .gpx or Garmin .gdb file that includes all the waypoints instead. You can use the map on the cache page to plan your route as well.
You are generally looking for numbers on various signage or other public objects. Most (but not all) of the numbers required are easy to spot from a distance (ie: as you drive by).
Waypoints can be collected in any order, and will show you how to get, how to get to... the final location. (We could have created less waypoints, but that would be way less fun!)
The final is a small round Lock 'n Lock. All the waypoints are winter-friendly, but the hide at GZ is definitely not.
