Geocaching turns 10!

Yes, Geocaching turns 10, and Old Sacramento gets in on the fun with this lunchtime picnic. As part of the 10 Years! Celebrations, we'll meet at the posted coordinates, near the corner of Front and I Streets, at 11:30. Bring your own lunch, and meet other cachers, share stories, take photos, and swap trackables. At 12:15, we'll make the short walk to the arch at N 38° 34.888 W 121° 30.123 for a group photo. At 12:30 we'll snap the photo, then enjoy some birthday cake or birthday brownies and continue the conversation and fun till the last cacher leaves.

As far as I know, THE ORIGINAL CAN OF BEANS will NOT be at the event.

Parking is available at Old Sacramento and at Downtown Plaza (see waypoints below). Using public transportation or pedal power is always encouraged!
