Geocaching 101 is a chance for new and experienced geocachers to
get together to ask advice, guidance and gather lots of great
tips.
The focus of this session will be paperless geocaching and will
include presentations and demonstrations on the topic.
If you're brand new to geocaching, it's an excellent opportunity
to meet other geocachers who may have a bit more experience under
their belt.
The venue is close to the Carlingford railway station and the
548 bus route. Drinks and snacks are available in the club.
As it is a club, please wear appropriate clothing (e.g. no
flip-flops).
The purpose of this get together is to share tips and tricks on
geocaching and to update you on developments with the
association.
A list of topics and presenters will be posted in the lead-up to
the event. To be notified of the speakers and topics, click on this

Listing link.
The meeting will begin at 10.30 am sharp and conclude at 12.30
pm. The bistro is open, so you can purchase a meal after the
meeting and continue chatting.
This is a perfect opportunity for new geocachers to pick up some
tips on finding and hiding geocaches. Don't forget you can also
swap geocoins and travel bugs at the event.
Please register your intention to attend by leaving a 'will
attend' entry on this page.
Please note, this event is free to Geocaching NSW members. A
gold coin donation applies to non-members, to cover the cost of the
venue. Any questions? Please email the
association.
