First of a series of caches, which follows a favourite route through the villages of Arrington & Croydon for approx. 6 Miles, using a mix of footpaths, country roads and paths.
This series is enjoyable by walking, jogging or cycling : )
The Co-Ordinates for parking, not too far from the first cache are:
N52 08. 947 W000 04.025
PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ONTO THE FARMS OR FARM TRACKS - WALKERS OR CYCLERS ONLY!!!!
This walk is our best summer walk with Eddy who loves all the sniffs and trails, so be sure to bring your geohound with you - should you have such a....luxury!?.
This cache can be done alone OR as part of the series. (The series, of course, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING IN ORDER, as this is a lovely walk, especially in the summer)
THIS CACHE:
You will need a pen.
Please replace EXACTLY as found. You will understand why when you find it.
At no time will we hide a cache in growing crops or indeed places that are in any way dangerous without a warning.
From here continue along the path past Mill Lane and head down the hill. At the very bottom of the hill, before you head into the village, you will need to take the Footpath between the farm and the row of terraced cottages to your right.
