Chaffdb: Someone stole it twice, and I don't feel like replacing it again at the moment. Maybe I will put out a new one at some point in the future but this one's history. Thanks.

Micro located just a few feet off of a sidewalk and close by convenient parking. Cache is within arms reach and no climbing is necessary. Memorial is typically empty, but a business on one side and Hwy. 42 on the other may require the use of some stealth.

Sadly, it appears to have never been finished, or maybe there are just some repairs that need to be made.
