Geocache Description:


This hill stands alone in the desert and was just calling out for a cache. From on this hill there is a wonderful view, including an amazing view of Coyote Lake. But keep in mind this is the desert - the lake has no water - its a dry lake bed. But the views are still wonderful.

The cache is hidden about half way up the hill. A dirt road leads all the way to the base of the hill. From there you can take 4wd up or make the hike - which is only a few hundred yards but does have a pretty good elevation gain. The cache is hidden in the rocks. Please take extra care to cover the cache completely when you are done. There are plenty of 4wd visitors to this hill and I don't want the cache muggled.

I guarantee there are lots of critters in the area so use caution with where you put your hands. No need to get too friendly with the locals!
