Peter Tavy is a small village on the Western border of Dartmoor.
Closest recommended parking is on the road in the centre of the village (N50 34.746, W004 05.989).
A footpath sign next to the bus shelter indicates the way to The Coombe following the Colly Brook. The route to the cache follows a mix of footpath, a short road section, then continues off-road to the Coombe itself.
Alternative parking is the Quarry carpark north east of St. Peter's Church (N50 34.906, W004 05.358).
