Geocache Description:

This is number 1 of 3 small containers placed for the 2010 January 23rd Kona Geocaching Meet&Greet Geocaching meeting.

Kona is no exception to the "Road to Nowhere" phenomenon plaguing the State of Hawai`i.
Some areas slated for development, some years ago are now sitting vacant.
Roads were built, lights and directional signs installed and roadways painted, only to be closed off.
Either streets end up with barricades or just blocked by large boulders to restrict access.
This small container has found a home in one of those areas that you probably drive by on the way to WalMart or Safeway or maybe Borders.

---NOTE:
Please replace as found by closing the door again, behind which it is hidden

Caches with the 'Cruise Ship' photo
