Eng. Except the beautiful castle and some XVI century buildings, you will notice several fountains in the village. Water has always been a crucial element in Moorish culture and tradition. Nowadays the fountains, with water from the mountain Maimón, give special charm to Vélez-Blanco.
We give you the coordinates of 6 fountains throughout the village, but you will find out that only 3 of them are of use in order to find the cache.
Esp. Al Amparo del monte Maimón se encuentra Vélez-Blanco, conocido por el castillo. El agua rememora épocas pasadas cuando recibió un impulso graçias al asentamiento musulmán y las fuentes son buena muestra de ello.
