The cache is a micro and contains just a logbook so bring your own pencil/pen/pin. Cache is not wheelchair accessible because it is out of reach.
The area can be muddy but a planned and careful approach will help you avoid the worst of it.
Why not do this cache as part of a walk/cycle starting at Carrickfergus Castle and finishing at Ballycarry where you could catch a train back to Carrickfergus. Estimated distance from Carrickfergus Castle to Ballycarry is 7-8 miles.
