Geocache Description:


Inspired by the original FTF series throughout VA and copied from the Western Loudoun County Series, we decided to do it for Allegany County here in Maryland to spark some New caches. The ground rules are pretty simple and are as follows: 1. If you are the First To Find this cache, you will be cursed if you choose not to place another new "Curse of the FTF" cache within 30 days, in order to extend the series. As the FTF, the choice is yours and yours alone! 2. If you choose to avoid the curse by placing the next cache in this series, the resulting cache should contain the words "Curse of the FTF #3 -- ACE." in it's title; subsequent cache titles should reflect the appropriate series number. 3. You should place the cache in Allegany County Only. Some of the towns include Cumberland, Oldtown, Flintstone, Frostburg, Lonaconing, Westernport, Mount Savage , Little Orleans. 4. You may choose any type of cache (i.e. Traditional, Puzzle, etc) and any type/size of container you desire. 5. You can only be the First To Find once in this series, in order to give other cachers an opportunity to score a FTF. 6. The nature of the curse is that if you fail to continue the series by posting a new "Curse of the FTF" within the allotted 30 days. You will be prevented from ever getting another FTF until the curse is lifted. By way of clarification, there is no requirement besides the standard signing of the cache log to prevent you from logging this cache when found. Everyone should log their find, and hopefully the FTF person will play along and place another cache, but it is in no way a requirement for logging your find. We hope you all enjoy it!! The cache is stocked with a stash note, log sheet, and a writing utensil. Room for travelers inside, Please Remember they belong to somebody. Move them but always Log them ASAP.
