This is the FIRST of a series of Angels & Demons geocaches inspired by Dan Brown's book but you DO NOT need to read the book to do them. While retrieving each of the first 4 caches, you must record mystic numbers which will guide to the 5th and FINAL cache.
Background
Robert Langdon explores the mysteries of the secret society, the Illumanati, to unravel a plot to destroy Vatican City using stolen deadly anti-matter. The historic conflict between religion and developments in science is a main theme through the book.
Our hero sets out to save the Vatican by solving landmark locations representing mystic elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water in the city of Rome, the old tradition of inititation to the secret order. His quest begins with:

The Apprentice's NOTES for the Mystic Test
Part 1 - Find numbers ABC which will give you the decimal minutes to add to South & East co-ordinates for WP1,
South : A x A [ or A squared, or A**2 ]
East : A x A x (B - C)
Part 2 - At WP1 find numbers DEFGHI to similarly take you to the FINAL,

CACHE container is 90mL, containing logbook, geocaching note & pencil. PLEASE replace & retrieve carefully and stealthily.
