******This cache is available for adoption! ********* On the Riverside in an Industrial area. People have asked - "Why call it that?" Well, in most industrial parks, there are small oasis where world is almost left behind - almost! But these Hidden Gems can give you a place of respite from the daily grind.
This could be a park and grab depending on the day, so if you find yourself tromping through the brush, your going the wrong way. Even though you have to go through an industrial complex, this is a multi-tenant building with no gates and common lanes accessible to all with no danger of trespass. There's even a small sandy beach many folks use for fishing to the East of the cache. To the West is a locked gate. Think central. Cache is a traditional lock n lock camoed container holding the usual stuff.
