Guelph - Beside the Speed River Traditional Cache

GuelphHiker: This cache was in a beautiful protected location beside the Speed River which is why I placed it there. However, it seems that I'm not the only one who likes the location. One of Guelph's homeless people has taken to camping right on the cache site. Since this isn't the first time this has happened I have decided to archive the cache. Evidently whoever is living there needs the location more than me.

Geocache Description:

This cache is adjacent to a paved trail through the centre of Guelph which at the cache site runs behind a strip mall. Parking is available in the mall adjacent to the trailhead. The cache is between the trail and the Speed River. Muggles may be a problem on beautiful summer days.


Spring Advisory: This cache is right beside the Speed River. When the river is in flood in the spring it can be hazardous. Please use extra caution! If water levels are too high the cache may be unavailable.
