One of the pieces of information we have managed to decipher from
the now abandoned alien outpost, was that there was another base of
operations to the north of this base we have been examining
already. This is major news, another base to examine and maybe
capture more alien technology!!
We have plotted the deciphered co-ordinates and plotted them on a
map, dang it, as usual, the aliens have created this northern base
away from any signs of civilisation, it is not going to be easy to
get to. We may have to do some research on how best to approach
this one, we will leave that up to you team leader!
Pick your team well, this is not going to be a walk in the park!
There must be some information at this new base that can help us
track down the whereabouts of the Alien Commander, go seek this
base out, bring us back some information we can use!!
Cache info: The challenge will be in getting to this one,
there is thick scratchy scrub, multiple clifflines to negotiate,
perhaps a creek to cross after rain. The actual cache will be
pretty easy to find once you get there, though you still may have
to look a while, there is a lot of potential places to hide
something in this small area here..
Inside this cache you may find a clue left behind by our missing
scientist, you will know a clue if you see one, they stay in the
cache!! Please do not drop it and loose it. Make sure you record
any clues very carefully that you may find. Use the sheet provided
on the main cache page or take a photo of each clue you find.
As with all these caches - come prepared for anything and
everything!
Inside the lid, is an alien language, you better write that down as
well as it just may come in handy at some point when trying to
figure out what has happened to our missing scientist and
discovering the location of the Alien Commander.
Bring a camera, enjoy the views, there is no tracks to this spot,
it's completely trackless bush, so wear long pants, I did not and
am suffering for it.
REMEMBER - You can do these caches in any order you want, there
is no right or wrong sequence to doing them!
