長崎市役所の新庁舎建設移転に伴い、旧庁舎周辺では再開発が行われることとなりました。
旧長崎市役所庁舎前に設置されていたモニュメント "Mysterious turning stone" もすでに撤去されています。
残念ですがこのキャッシュの運用を本日をもって停止します。

Geocache Description:

This cache located in center of Nagasaki city.

Do you know the mysterious turning stone in front of Nagasaki-city government office?
The stone seems to turn around in secret every day. However, it goes nowhere.
In addition, the stone always gets wet.
By the recent rumor, the turn of the stone stopped in an eco-boom!
I want you to check the truth of the rumor by yourself.

In the cache area, the passenger getting on and off of the bus and people visiting the city hall always come and go. So, when you take out the cache, you must be careful about muggles eyes.
This is a micro-magnet-cache (about 50*40*20mm size), so a pen is not contained in it.
Please bring a pen.
