Geocache Description:

This traditional cache is accessed from the Bethesda Trolley Trail, designed to provide a hiker/biker connection between trails in Bethesda and Rockville. Currently, though, much of the proposed trail is on shared roadways, with the exception of the pedestrian overpass bridge that spans the Beltway, and gives the cache its name. Best off-street parking can be found at Fleming Park. This is a well-traveled path on evenings and weekends, so stealth may be required during those times. Once you've found the cache, admire the third worst congestion in the United States from the middle of the overpass.

Congrats to Serrabou for the daring night-time, knee-brace-bound FTF!
