Located in Winona, Minnesota, the island city. The lookout is a must-see for any visitor to the area!
Cache is a clear container with a white screw-top lid.
**Note: the hidden stone steps referenced in the logs below no longer exist, as a new wooden staircase has been built in its place.
The cache was moved from its original location on 4/10/02. It is farther away from the lookout now.
Note, if you drive to the top and start from there (which is how we hid it, because the stairs didn't exist) then the difficulty rating is accurate.
