Geocache Description:

This is a two part cache. There will be coordinates in each cache leading to the next. The theme is Liberty. Very easy, good for all ages. Keep an eye on kiddos near intersection. You are looking for a flashlight that contains the log and cooridnates for the next part.

The original statue by sculptor E.M.Viquesney of Spencer Indiana was dedicated in 1935. An accident destroyed the original on July 4,1982. A replica was dedicated in 1983. WWI statues are in 35 of the US states. The young soldier that posed for the statue was Louis G. Cook.
