Geocache Description:

Click to go to the Mega Scotland web site

One of many caches set in a circular walk around the Knock of Crieff Forest. This part of the walk takes you to an area of native woodland where you will find lots of large old beech trees.

In this area the countryside rangers have squirrel feeders hanging at various points on the hill to encourage red and grey squirrels that have been seen in the area. Well worth bringing your camera to see if you are lucky enough to spot any of these forest friends playing. A cache the youngsters might enjoy.

Cache is a 1.1 ltr box, but the contents remain part of the cache, there are no swaps this time.

This cache is one of many to be hidden gradually from now until the Mega 2010 Perth. A series of caches to be hidden right in the heart of Perthshire Big Tree Country. More information can be found by clicking on the website above.
