Welcome to SouthTown! P&C store used to occupy this location for many many years and they were unsure who was going to take over (hence the name of the cache). Tops did take up residency in this plaza. Now you can still shop and cache at the same time. The cache has a log only. Bring your own pen! Enjoy!! Congratulations to Gardenguru for FTF!
