Geocache Description:


This is the Nav Nuts 11th Cache.

Feeling energetic, you have come to the right place… This cache will see you cover approx 2.5km’s (return) along this coastal towns beautiful foreshore if you are feeling up to the challenge, however you can drive if need be!

PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO FIND THE FINAL LOCATION OF THIS CACHE YOU MUST GATHER INFORMATION FROM EACH SERIES (WAYPOINT) ALONG THE WAY. THIS ENSURES NOBODY SKIPS LEGS OF THIS CHALLENGE. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE REQUIRED INFORMATION OF THE FINAL CACHE LOCATION AS YOU ARE GOING. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL SEE YOU HAVING TO REVISIT SERIES STAGES…

For those of you up to the challenge the posted co-ordinates will bring you to Series 1, feel free to get involved or simply gather the required information! You will see a couple of large blue signs here, to continue on you want to associate the numbers with each exercise shown to work out the following co-ordinates to your next station:

S38.38’(Achilles Stretch) (Thigh Stretch + Leg Stretch) (Thigh Stretch)
E145.43’(Trunk Stretch) (Thigh Stretch) (Trunk Stretch)

P.S Make sure you also noted the required information from this Series needed below at the final cache location.

Once you arrive at Series 2 checkpoint you will need to repeat the above strategy to resolve the following in order to move on:

S38.38’(Vault Bar + Sit Up) (Push Up) (Push Up x 2 + Sit Up)
E145.43’(Push Up) (Push Up x 2 + Vault Bar) (Push Up x 2 + Sit Up)

P.S Make sure you also noted the required information from this Series needed below at the final cache location.

Once you arrive at Series 3 checkpoint you will need to repeat the above strategy to resolve the following in order to move on:

S38.38’(Body Curl) (Body Curl x 2 + Step Up) (Step Up x 4)
E145.43’(Step Up – Step Up) (Chin Up x 6) (Step Up x 4)

P.S Make sure you also noted the required information from this Series needed below at the final cache location.

Once you arrive at Series 4 checkpoint you will need to repeat the above strategy including all other information gathered at the previous Series Waypoints to resolve the following, well done, you have now got enough information to complete the challenge, you will find our cache at:

S38.38’(Series1 Leg Stretch) (Series 2 Push Up x 2 + Sit Up) (Series 3 Body Curl – Step Up – Chin Up).

E145.42’(Series1 Leg Stretch + Trunk Stretch) (Series 2 Push Up x 3) (Series 4 Log Hop + Bench Dip + Bench Curl + Bench Curl).
