My Grandmother lived in a house just down the road from this cache. A company purchased her house and property to devlope it. They knocked down her house, filled the basement in and the lot has been sitting empty for about 12 years now. I am not sure what happened but something didnt workout for them. This should be a quick and easy grab.BYOP!
