This cache is located in the St Thomas Cemetery off 31E
South of Bardstown.

This cemetery is located on the site of the Saint Thomas
Farm, once thought of as the cradle of the Catholic Church in
Kentucky. The Farm was once the residence of Bishop Flaget and
Father David, when pioneering Saint Joseph’s Cathedral, Saint
Joseph’s Collage and the old Bethlehem Academy in Bardstown.
It was also home to the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and the
founding site of Saint Thomas Seminary and Saint Thomas Orphanage
of Louisville.
This cemetery features an older section to the North and a newer
section to the South. The area is full of many older historical
homes and buildings.
