Geocache Description:

Portlaw, County Waterford.

This small town is not far from Waterford city.

It was the first planned town in the country. This was due to the tannery and cotton mill built here.

A new river walk has been built which runs parallel to Bridge Street. The entrance to it can be found near the western end of the street.
