Geocache Description:


This cache is placed in honor of  sc-kayaking for their 2000th find. You are searching for a Golden Ammo can that is hidden near the water off of Bartram Trail.   This cache can be accessed by either water or land.


Sc-kayaking have been a geocaching since Wednesday, February 04, 2009. In the little time they have been caching, they have found caches in 146 counties, 16 states and 2 countries. They have  also hidden 36 caches in South Carolina. 

It is not a requirement, but this cache can be accessed by kayak. There is a beach where you can put in at N 33 39.416 W 082 12.912. If you do not want to kayak, a trail head for Bartram Trail is near the parking for the beach. The walk from there is about 8 miles round trip. If you hunt this cache during hunting season, please wear hunter safety orange.
