RCGDS Pot Luck Event

Date: Saturday February 13th, 2010

Time: 11:00AM-2:00PM (ish)

Where: At Posted Coordinates
(This is an indoor Event will plenty of parking & restroom facilities.)

To celebrate our love for geocaching, please join us for a Pot Luck and to share stories of the caches we love.

Raffle: If you would like to donate anything towards the raffle, please feel free to do so.

Activities for the kids: There will be a craft table for the kids to make valentines.

Bring a potluck item to share. It can be a main dish, appetizer, salad, dessert, or drinks.

I also need a couple of volunteers to help with the clean up afterwards.

Log your RSVP: Please note if you will or won't be able to attend, how many in your party, and what dish you plan to bring. This is important so that we don't have too many of 1 dish and not enough of another.
