Geocache Description:

The annual Oxford camping meet has moved,
due to our move west it will be near Bath this year.
So book the date in your diaries for:
"The Wild West Cache Bash"
NOW!

Essential dates for your diary
25th to 27nd June 2010

We have booked in at Newton Mill Holiday Park, on the western edge of The World Heritage City of Bath. The site is well maintained with spacious pitches, modern heated toilet and washroom facilities, laundry facilities, children’s play area, a well stocked convenience shop, and a licensed bar and restaurant serving good quality food. The site is easily accessible by road as it is just off of the main A4, and easily accessible by those using public transport. If you are using public transport catch the No. 5 Bus from Bath Bus Station and ask to be dropped off at the stop labelled Pennyquick View. Cross the road and walk along the path between the houses and the playing field. When this path turns right, cross over the grass to your left and through the gate. Go down the path and then turn right onto the driveway to Reception.

The obligatory BBQ will be held on the Saturday evening which will have a Wild West theme (start sorting out your costumes now) to which all smiley hunters are welcome. I will add details for this as we develop and formalise our plans.
Please bring your own food for the BBQ and if you can a BBQ, although if you can't manage a BBQ I'm sure that there will be plenty around that you will be able to share.

If you intend to come to this event please can you log your intentions below, and please include whether you are camping, which nights you are camping and how many are in your party and how many are children. I suggest you add this page to your watch list as you will then be automatically notified when we add any updates.
