If you've been to Kirkland I'm sure you've seen these flags. They are everywhere. Sometimes I think they must be the official flag of Kirkland. No, the cache isn't hidden at the posted coordinates nor is it where the pictures were taken. The log is waterproof paper, I suggest a pencil or a regular ball point pen, gel pens and felt tip/sharpies probably won't give good results.
