An addition to Team Mysticangel's Suburban Park Series, I was
the last person to find Bullworker's Madison Meadow Micro (GCV83H)
before it was archived. Having that dubious honor, I felt compelled
to revive a cache in this cool little Lombard park. Winter
friendly, and business attire friendly, there was nobody around
this chilly Winter morning, but this place is a lot busier in the
warmer months. You might even catch me playing a round of disc
golf!
With over 89 acres, Madison Meadow is among Lombard's largest
parks. The land features baseball and softball fields, basketball
courts, fishing, boating, football fields, ice skating, soccer
fields, tennis courts, and an 18-hole disc golf course. There also
are playgrounds, a picnic area with shelter, a wetlands area, a
tree nursery, and a 6,410 ft. walking path.
