My second cache and this time it is bigger. Aimed at caches with children who love to find swag!
Located on Shady Lane, Leyland there is a parking space across the road which could be a good place to start. There are plenty of other caches in this area so many, I guess, will be approaching on foot.
The cache is called Pontypandy Firestation and was inspired by the kids cartoon - Fireman Sam. It is the home and starting location of my first travel bug - Firefighter Elvis Cridlington ref TB33Z65 but I am hoping he will be gone by the time you get there!
The cache is inside a cammo bag in British Army DPM hopefully it is waterproof and designed to do the job. Plus it makes it a little harder to find. Inside is a 1 litre container with two lids to help keep the contents dry. Plenty of room for good swag and travel bugs.
