Cache is located near the side gate entrance to the Phoenician Pines condos. It is not inside the gate so there is no need to try to get to the other side.
Be extremely careful as to where you step. If you stay on or very close to the path to the gate, you should be fine. If you venture further, you may experience the land mines laid down by the local wild dog pack. They must be wild dogs - any domesticated animal would have a responsible owner, right?
It's a log only so it's small but shouldn't be too hard to find. It's a 2.5 only because it's small.
