Hier vindt u Bayernwald, een zeldzaam stuk Duits loopgravenstelsel die recent gerestaureerd werd en te bezoeken is na aankoop tickets bij Toerisme Heuvelland, Sint-Laurentiusplein 1 te Kemmel (057 45 04 55). Zeker de moeite waard! Aan de overkant vindt je Het Croonaert Chapel Cemetery en langs de weg een gedenkteken voor de Franse Luitenant Lasnier en de mannen van het 1ste Battallion Jagers te Voet die hier slag leverden begin november 1914.

Series of 6 caches and a bonus near attractions in this beautiful Heuvelland, where not a lot of caches could be found until now.
Here you are at the Bayernwald site, a rare part of German trenches who were restored recently and can be visited after buying tickets at the Tourism Office , Polenplein 1 in Kemmel (057 450 455). Absolutely worth a visit! On the other side of the road you have the Croonaert Chapel Cemetery and alongside the road a memorial for the French Lieutenant Lasnier and the men of the 1st Battallion Infantry who fought here during the first part of november 1914.
