This P&G was hidden with permission of the property manager. It is located right outside the window of my weekend home-away-from-home, where I teach on Saturdays and Sundays. If you're caching on a weekend from January through June or from September through November, go ahead, stick your face up against the window and you'll probably see a geocacher teaching an SAT course. Don't be surprised if the students make faces back at you, though! Bring your own pen, as it's log-only...and happy cachin'!
P. S. This shouldn't have to be said, but...geocaching NEVER requires property destruction. No tools or digging are required to locate or access this cache.
P. P. S. During the pandemic era, I sadly am not in this location, so the extra staring-at-the-CO-while-you-search possibility currently is absent. Hopefully we'll get back to normal soon! 
P. P. P. S. Sadly, I wound up needing to relocate afterward, so this is no longer my weekend home...SOB!! However, it IS still the home of My Weekend Home, so geocachers can still rejoice at the hopefully-easy find!
