Welcome to a 3-stage multi in a fun part of Atlanta!
The initial coordinates are not the cache location. You can park near here and walk all 3 stages, a bit over one mile total. In bad weather or a cache run day, you can park at each stage. The 2nd & 3rd stage can be muggly depending on the day but more often it is not and these stages are not available 11pm-6am. Urban campers are a possibility; use common sense. You are more likely to encounter friendly dog walkers.
Locate the restaurant on the southeast corner of the crossroads at the listed coordinates. Convert the letters of its name (just the 2 main words) into their numerical equivalent where a=1 through z=26.
Multiply the 4th letter of the 1st word by the 2nd letter of the 2nd word; from this product subtract the 1st letter of the 1st word. Subtract this resulting number from the final three digits in the latitude.
Now, multiply the 1st & 4th letter of the 1st word. Add this number to the last 3 digits of the longitude.
You now have the coordinates to stage 2 where you will find a nano containing the coordinates leading you to the final stage. The cache is a small/medium size, lock&lock containing a log and pencil/pen and it is big enough for a number of small trade items.
