Perry Bridges; Rednal Mill Traditional Cache
Jimruyton: The road on which this cache is placed has become much busier since it has been there.
It is unlikely to have gone, but for the sake of safety I have decided to archive it.

This cache is placed at Rednal Mill Bridge over the River Perry between Oswestry and Ellesmere Shropshire. You are looking for a small snap lock container with a logbook, pencil, and a few swaps.
The River Perry is a tributary of the River Severn, which rises around Hengoed in Northwest Shropshire and enters the Severn about 2km downstream of Montford Bridge, also in Shropshire.
Perry Bridges is a series of caches on most public rights of way across the Perry up to Rednal Mill Bridge which is just below GCTJMD "Perry Trifle." Eventually we hope to reach up to GC13OZC "Splish Splash Hengoed" which is near the source of the Perry. (Completed late March 2010)
Rednal Mill Bridge is a new culvert which replaced the original bridge in the mid 1980s as part of the remodelling of the River Perry to improve drainage of Baggy Moor, downstream of the bridge. The original bridge parapets can be seen beside the old mill which is now a farm.
There is a memorial tree and plaque, on the original river line, in memory of the George Jones who worked hard to persuade the then Severn Trent Water Authority to carry out the work.
The road can be quite busy and is without footpaths so care is needed.
There are gateways, and a farm track south of the bridge that can be parked in. The farm track is quite busy.
