Come join us in giving our friend from "Down Under" a big Chicagoan welcome!


As posted here Geocacher TheChops will be visiting us from Down Under and would love to meet up with some of us locals.  So please join us for some fellowship, fun and welcome our Australian friend TheChops in a way that only Chicagoans can!

The term Down Under is a colloquialism referring to Australia and some sometimes used wrongly to refer to New Zealand due to it close proximity (both political or physical) to the larger Australia. It locates Australia as "the land down under" because it lies totally within the southern hemisphere.
