A terrific view to behold if you're passing through the
area.
While placing the 'Emu Crossing' series of caches, we travelled
through country that was both remote and yet spectacular. Stopping
here, we couldn't help but think that this feature needed a cache
nearby to make it even more attractive 
.
The lake you are looking at is simply called "Salt Lake"
(according to maps and the signage nearby). We thought it unusual
to find a lake of any sort in this area that still had water at
this time of the year, and even more unusual to see salt-encrusted
islands within the lake.
You are looking for a small blue Sistema container hidden just
down from the roadside. Make sure you park as far to the left as
you can; while this road is seldom used you may occasionally
encounter traffic. Alternately you can park a bit further down the
road, away from the hill, and walk back towards the cache. Enjoy
the views!
