I've been thinking about placing caches in plain sight for a month or so. This is my first attempt. I hope you enjoy it.

This cache is in an urban park, next to Tempe City Hall (the upside down pyramid building). This park can be busy, every Sunday morning there is a farmers market here, many downtown workers use this park at lunch time as well.

This city park is closed from 12 midnight to 6 am. However, I have passed through here numerous times between those hours.

Chronic Tacos to the South of this cache is a great place to watch the game or grab a beer after signing the log.

p.s. I spoke to a few of the cachers that mentioned this cache not really being in plain sight. All agreed that it is in plain sight, just not like they thought it would be. Whew, hate for my first cache drop not to make the grade. Also, don't forget to watch out for stray arrows (see pic for explaination of this).
