Riding solo again today and had to get this ammo can out of my pack.
If you like to watch and/or take pictures of deer, then the road into this cache is the place no matter if you are coming from the east or west. Winters are often better, but you can generally spot herds of 20-30 year round. Park just off the road and take the short walk to the cache site. No need to ride or drive all the way to it.
