rozebud5: The local construction has added a new path on the north side of the street, along with new pedestrian bridges. But the hiding spot for Mint Condition is no longer there. Maybe a new cache can be placed once the construction is completed.

They finished building these shiny new structures and the next day we placed a cache. Couldn't pass up the mint condition location. An easy cache and dash.

Easy pull in parking area for safety on a busy road. CAUTION: CAN BE VERY MUDDY AT TIMES! Check out the park just west of this cache, it's a hidden gem!
