Holtville, home of the Carrot Festival, also one of the cleanest towns in So. Cal. This cache poor town needs to be reved up a bit , so a little north of the border enthusiasm has been injected.
Cache is in plain view and the name is the hint. Please do not rough up the mother nature. Cache is wheel chair accessible, (except in the rainy season).
Please relocate carefully, so as to insure its dryness.....No removal or opening of any doors etc is required.....Not on or near the adjacent motel building. Put on your thinking cap and excercise your gray matter... [if you find this cache , do not tell any of your fellow geocachers what or where it is.... you earned this 4 star find ... so let them earn theirs too..]
