The cache is located off the road/trail. There are no markers leading you to this spot. The route is to be determined by the finder, I have hiked the area a few times, coming in from different directions. Depending on the time of the day, you should see a variety of wildlife - from mammals, to birds to reptiles. Always make sure you bring water, bug spray and if you so desire - sunscreen.
The container is now just a bison tube which just contains a log. You can get to the cache by land or by water (kayak, canoe or motor boat from the St Johns River, still a hike to cache), If your into biking, you could bike to the cache. The day I put it out I hit some water, so I used some heavy duty trash bags (expecting water, so I took them with me) as boots to keep my feet dry.
I have picked up a lot of hunter/hiker trash while exploring the area, please consider being a CITO cacher.
