We Wonder.... Traditional Cache

We wonder......two things.
#1 - We Wonder - what were they thinking...????
As "serious" Lowvelders, we have a great love for our granite
domes, and can't believe what's been done here - what were they
thinking...???? What you'll see (at ground level) must have been a
conscious decision by someone to do something, at substantial cost
too. What - we have no idea. Perhaps a swimming pool?? Cracked!! In
more ways than one....
Sadly, the superb view from the cache location is somewhat
(greatly) impaired. We were very tempted to climb over the "view
impairment" and place the cache on the other side with an
unimpaired view, but decided that a 5-star terrain cache wouldn't
be popular.
#2 - We Wonder - how long this cache will last...????
This "development" happened a few years ago, but ain't happening -
so who knows...?? The cache could be behind a security boom soon,
or maybe only in 10 years time. Either way, we decided to hide a
cache there, and hope that you enjoy it for as long as it
survives....
For a bit of fun - see if you can get to the cache without using
1st gear. The roads are great - tarmac and concrete, but if your
overweight mother-in-law's in the back seat, then let her
walk!!
The cache is a 1Lt camo lock 'n lock.
