Geocache Description:


There is parking for the series at N 50°45.693 W 001°50.555 which is the car park at Throop Mill .but there is also parking on Talyor Drive close by

This series is approx 2¾ miles and will take you over both weirs along the River Stour through the hamlet of Merritown pass the Smokery down Pig Shoot Lane then back along the river to the Car Park .

All the caches are not far from the paths and there is no need to climb over any fences

This cache is placed close to water so care needs to be taken

Some parts can be very muddy in winter or after a heavy down pour so Walking Boots or Wellies are strongly recommended.

The cache is a 35mm film container
