Due to the possible number of walking and driving muggles I'll try to make this an easy grab, as they say "Every little helps", but you will have to use stealth and nonchalance whilst doing so.
At the co-ordinates is a Welcome sign. The cache is magnetic about 1m above ground level (unless previous cacher placed it elsewhere!).
Parking might be available within a couple of metres if you are lucky, otherwise you should be able to find somewhere close.
Please replace in its tucked away position so that casual observers don't spot it. I would avoid peak shopping times.
Did I mention it might be busy?
