You will want to park near Lagoon Valley Park. You will go up the service road to the 3rd tower. You will take the path to the right along the fence from the top. It will take around 35 to 40 minutes one way. It may be muddy from the 3rd tower to the cache during the rainy season.
It is true that a colorful 8 legged creature is waiting for you to find it. This creature works with Yellow Spongy.
