How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
This cache has been set by some geocaching members on Cornwall Search and Rescue Team who visited Princetown in February 2010. And is the first in the series of naming missing team mates.
The team try and organise caching weekends about three times a year where members come to this area to get a bit of caching in along with some map reading practise.
This cache is named after a member who couldn’t make the week end due to an accident in his garden that resulted in his foot ending up in plaster. (I must point out at this stage that clams that alcohol was not involved have met with some skepticism)
If you’re interested the Wool wool part of the name comes from the same team member misspelling whoop on Facebook.
This cache is located close to the road near a couple of parking bays just as you leave Princetown.
Due to it’s proximity to Princetown keep an eye open for muggles.
