This is a very remote location and is only a few miles from Britains second highest pub The Cat and Fiddle. The area looking North from the cache is littered with underground passages. These were built to store arsenal for the second world war and can be seen for the next few miles when heading East. Some are used for mushroom farming and others used by The Mines Health and Safety Organisation where they test new mining products as well as recreating mining accidents to hopefully prevent them happening again in the future. We have added three waypoints for fuel in Buxton if anybody requires it Please try to NOT cut and paste as it is a bit impersonal
